How we update prices

The catalog was last updated on October 31, 2026. Every price on our pages comes from that update: each size, weight and color of each product has its own line and its own price.

We update prices on a schedule. A product that is unpriced in the current update is shown as currently unavailable and leaves the shelves until it is back.

If a price on our page and the price at checkout differ, the checkout is right: that is the price you pay at our retail partner.

Ratings

Star ratings and counts come from shoppers at our retail partner, as of the same update. The colors and sizes of one product share a pool of ratings.

Measurements

Sizes, weights, the pet size of each carrier and the volume of each litter box come from the spec sheet of each product in the Henkelion catalog.
