Light is where most people begin, and light is where our range starts: ankle cuffs at 2 and 3 lb a side, with removable bags to make them lighter still, a vest from 4 lb, and dumbbells of 3.3 lb each. The table below lists every light weight and every pink or purple option, each with its own price.
Use the cuffs on a mat for leg lifts, kickbacks and bridges, or on your wrists for arm raises. Wear the vest on walks and stairs, and keep the dumbbells for arm work in the same session. Which Henkelion ankle weights should you start with?
The 2 or 3 lb cuffs. Each pair holds ten removable bags, so you can take some out for the first sessions and put them back as you get stronger.
Can you get Henkelion weights in pink?
Yes: the 3 and 5 lb ankle cuffs, the 12 lb weighted vest and the 3.3 lb silicone dumbbells. Purple comes in the 5 lb cuffs and the 12 lb vest.
Which Henkelion vest weight should you wear on your first walk?
A light one, 4, 6 or 8 lb, for short walks to begin with. The weight is fixed, so if you are between two, the lighter vest is the one to start with.
